Hello, my name is Gary Bate. I have spent many years in private
practice working as a therapist doing both physical
and mind therapy work for clients of all ages. About 50 percent of my work has involved counseling services for Bereavement, Stress, Anxiety and Depression; as well as Weight Management and all the various manifestations.
I am a manipulative therapist, Thai masseur, holistic counsellor, Reiki healer and self empowerment author. I have helped varying degrees of mental aberration ranging from
relationship problems to suicidal tendencies.
Originally, I trained and qualified as a Hypnotherapist/Psychotherapist with the Midland Institute of Hypnotherapy (this body subsequently merged with the British School of Yoga); then I trained in other complementary disciplines including Integrative Osteopathic Techniques with Professor Laurie Hartman. My most enlightening experiences have been as a student at the American Gnostic School.
I am also an author and publisher, having written two
thought-provoking books that serve to unchain a person's mind
from their genetic and social conditioning.
We Are Here To Know Ourselves, is the ultimate book for self empowerment (in my opinion of course!). It is a combination of my own truth from my experiences of life and beautiful philosophy that is based on the science of Quantum Mechanics. It is most definitely non-religious as I am anti-Religion yet pro-Christ consciousness.
